HUDHUD Intelligence — Privacy Policy
HUDHUD Intelligence is a governed decision workspace. Your institutional record belongs to you and stays on your device. This policy states exactly what the app does with data — nothing more is collected than what is written here.
Your record stays on your device
Everything you record in HUDHUD — matters, evidence, decisions, financial figures, captures, and the sealed audit trail — is stored on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, and no sync between devices. Your record is included in your device backup (and iCloud backup, if you use it), under Apple's backup protections. DEEVO Analytics operates no server that stores your record.
No tracking, no analytics, no advertising
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. It does not build a profile of you and does not use identifiers to follow you across apps or websites.
Optional online HUDHUD analysis
Ask HUDHUD answers your questions directly from the record on your device. One optional feature — online HUDHUD analysis — can additionally phrase an analysis for eligible questions. It is off until you explicitly turn it on, and it works like this:
- When enabled and you ask an eligible question, the app sends a minimized, structured governed context — a short set of facts about the item you are currently looking at — to DEEVO's analysis service, solely to produce the response to that request in real time.
- The text you type or dictate is never sent. Voice recordings are never sent. Items you mark confidential or restricted are never sent.
- No account, name, or device identifier accompanies the request.
- DEEVO's service does not store the content of your request or the response; it keeps only an anonymous aggregate counter of daily requests. The service runs on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the request transiently to produce the response and does not use it to train models.
- You can turn online analysis off at any time in Settings → Privacy & data inside the app. Off means nothing is sent — immediately — and every answer continues to come from the record on your device.
Device permissions, and what they are for
- Microphone — records voice captures when you choose to speak a matter or evidence. Recordings are kept on your device and are not transmitted.
- Speech recognition — transcription runs on the device only. If on-device transcription is unavailable for a language, the recording is kept and the limitation is shown; nothing is sent to a server.
- Camera and photo library — used only when you choose to attach a photo or scan as evidence. Attachments are stored on your device.
The app never accesses your location, contacts, calendar, or health data.
Retention
The app retains your record on your device until you delete the app. DEEVO Analytics retains no user content: online analysis requests are processed in real time and are not stored by DEEVO's service.
Deleting your data
Recorded matters cannot be deleted from within the app — that is a deliberate audit-integrity property, and the app says so in Settings. Deleting the app from your device removes all of its data.
Children
HUDHUD Intelligence is a professional tool rated 4+. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

هدهد الذكاء مساحة عمل محوكمة للقرار. سجلّك المؤسسي ملكك ويبقى على جهازك. تنص هذه السياسة على ما يفعله التطبيق بالبيانات بالضبط — لا يُجمع أكثر مما هو مكتوب هنا.
سجلّك يبقى على جهازك
كل ما تسجّله في هدهد — المسائل والأدلة والقرارات والأرقام المالية والتسجيلات ومسار التدقيق المختوم — يُخزَّن على جهازك. لا حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا مزامنة بين الأجهزة. سجلّك مشمول في النسخة الاحتياطية لجهازك (وiCloud إن كنت تستخدمه) وفق حماية النسخ الاحتياطي من Apple. لا تشغّل DEEVO Analytics أي خادم يخزّن سجلّك.
لا تتبّع، لا تحليلات، لا إعلانات
لا يحتوي التطبيق على تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع، ولا على أي حزم تحليلات أو إعلانات من طرف ثالث. لا يبني ملفًا تعريفيًا عنك ولا يستخدم معرّفات لتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
تحليل هدهد الاختياري عبر الإنترنت
يجيب «اسأل هدهد» عن أسئلتك مباشرة من السجل على جهازك. ميزة اختيارية واحدة — تحليل هدهد عبر الإنترنت — يمكنها إضافةً إلى ذلك صياغة تحليل للأسئلة المؤهلة. وهي متوقفة حتى تفعّلها بنفسك صراحةً، وتعمل كالتالي:
- عند تفعيلها وطرح سؤال مؤهل، يرسل التطبيق سياقًا محوكمًا مُصغَّرًا ومهيكلًا — مجموعة قصيرة من الحقائق عن العنصر الذي تنظر إليه حاليًا — إلى خدمة التحليل لدى DEEVO، حصريًا لإنتاج الرد على ذلك الطلب في الوقت الفعلي.
- النص الذي تكتبه أو تمليه لا يُرسل أبدًا. التسجيلات الصوتية لا تُرسل أبدًا. العناصر الموسومة بأنها سرّية أو مقيّدة لا تُرسل أبدًا.
- لا يصاحب الطلبَ أي حساب أو اسم أو معرّف جهاز.
- لا تخزّن خدمة DEEVO محتوى طلبك أو الرد؛ وتحتفظ فقط بعدّاد إجمالي مجهول للطلبات اليومية. تعمل الخدمة على بنية تحتية توفرها شركة Cloudflare, Inc. التي تعالج الطلب معالجةً عابرة لإنتاج الرد ولا تستخدمه لتدريب النماذج.
- يمكنك إيقاف التحليل عبر الإنترنت في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والبيانات داخل التطبيق. الإيقاف يعني أن لا شيء يُرسل — فورًا — وتستمر كل الإجابات من السجل على جهازك.
أذونات الجهاز والغرض منها
- الميكروفون — لتسجيل الملاحظات الصوتية عندما تختار الإملاء. التسجيلات تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرسل.
- التعرّف على الكلام — يجري التفريغ على الجهاز فقط. إذا لم يتوفر التفريغ على الجهاز للغةٍ ما، يُحفظ التسجيل ويُعرض القيد بوضوح؛ لا يُرسل شيء إلى أي خادم.
- الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور — تُستخدم فقط عندما تختار إرفاق صورة أو مسح مستند كدليل. المرفقات تُخزَّن على جهازك.
لا يصل التطبيق أبدًا إلى موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو تقويمك أو بياناتك الصحية.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
يحتفظ التطبيق بسجلّك على جهازك حتى تحذف التطبيق. لا تحتفظ DEEVO Analytics بأي محتوى للمستخدم: تُعالج طلبات التحليل عبر الإنترنت في الوقت الفعلي ولا تُخزَّن لدى خدمة DEEVO.
حذف بياناتك
لا يمكن حذف المسائل المسجَّلة من داخل التطبيق — وهذه خاصية مقصودة لسلامة التدقيق، والتطبيق يقولها صراحةً في الإعدادات. حذف التطبيق من جهازك يزيل كل بياناته.
الأطفال
هدهد الذكاء أداة مهنية بتصنيف عمري +4. ليس موجَّهًا للأطفال ولا يجمع بيانات من أي شخص.
